Children and Family Futures (“CFF,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect through cffutures.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide

When you submit a contact or program inquiry form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, title, organization, email address, state, and message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you make a donation, our payment processor collects the information needed to process your gift; CFF does not store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect standard log and analytics information, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and route them to the right program team, to send the newsletter to subscribers, to process donations and provide receipts, to keep the site secure and performing well, and to understand site usage in aggregate. Form submissions are used to respond to you. They do not add you to mailing lists.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the site, such as email, payment, hosting, and analytics providers, and only as needed for them to perform those services, or where disclosure is required by law.

Your choices

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
