This webinar explores values, policies, and practices that are necessary for the engagement of Family Drug Court Defense Attorneys. Speakers provide insights for addressing typical concerns that Defense Attorneys have when working in the FDC. Practicing FDC Defense Attorneys discuss their experience in FDC; roles, ethical issues, benefits of participation, operational issues, and interacting with other team members. There is also a discussion on Judicial interaction.
