Each partner enters the collaboration with its own perspective and particular assumptions about the mission and mandates of the other partners. Unless these differences are identified and addressed, the collaborative will find it difficult to reach agreement on the issues. Often the values and definitional issues, such as who is viewed as the primary client, affect the ways in which staff work across agencies boundaries.
This webinar helps sites develop common principles of how the agencies and staff will work together to best serve Family Drug Court clients.
