The webinar series was presented by the Administration for Children and Families, Region 10 – Seattle and the National Center on Substance Abuse and Child Welfare.

Motivated by the mandates of child welfare timeframes that families have to complete case plans, case workers are called upon to provide services as soon as possible. Methods of engaging and retaining families in substance abuse treatment as well as models of practice and pre-treatment methods will be discussed.
