Substance Abuse and PTSD affecting Children in Veterans' and Military Families: CFF is working with Orange County and other jurisdictions that are inventorying services to veterans and military families that are affected by substance abuse and trauma; exploring the potential for links between veterans' treatment courts and family drug courts; and determining what options exist for linking VA services for families and services from civilian and community agencies.
