Planning Community

The Planning Community introduces the fundamental framework necessary for a FDC Team to develop and implement an effective and sustainable FDC. The five (5) webinar presentations address critical elements of FDC practice necessary for effective planning, including shared mission, guiding principles of collaborative practice, screening and assessment, engagement and retention and information sharing and data systems.
