Values Clarification and Guiding Principles Development
Illinois
The Illinois Department of Children and Families (DCF) contracted with CFF to facilitate a collaborative values and collaborative readiness exercise with DCF, the State’s Alcohol and Drug Department and other stakeholders. The results of this technical assistance were presented at the State’s 2000 DCFS/AOD Leadership Summit.
Oregon
CFF provided the State of Oregon with technical assistance on values clarification, development of common principles and clarification in the development of their strategic plan for substance abuse and child welfare services. In particular, CFF provided technical assistance on contracting for outreach programs with the population and on conducting regional forums bringing together the service systems for cross training.
