The purpose of CalWCF is to increase accessibility to and the quality of alcohol and drug treatment/recovery services for California’s women, including pregnant and parenting women and their children.
In addition to individualized technical assistance (TA) services, CalWCF distributes relevant research findings, innovative practices and practices and policy tools.
