Welcome to the CalWCF Technical Assistance Project
CalWCF offers an array of resources for AOD County agencies, treatment providers and child welfare agencies to help reduce systemic, programmatic and fiscal barriers in order to meet the needs of women and families with substance use disorders.
CalWCF services are provided at NO COST to recipients through a contract with the State of California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (ADP).
PLEASE NOTE: As of August 2008, ONTRACK Program Resources began providing free technical assistance and training specific to women and their children through the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs.
