Ms. Garcia currently serves as the Communications Program Assistant, working closely with the Project Co-Director to update and maintain the CCFF and NCSACW web sites to provide a user-friendly, attractive, engaging web-based venue for marketing and dissemination NCSACW products, services and resources. Specifically, she assists with overall content management of CCFF and NCSACW web sites, including organizing updates and edits, and uploading presentations, publications, webinars and videos. Exceptionally organized, she coordinates multimedia packages and assists with marketing materials and advertising text. She develops and implements marketing and communications content procedure and standards and she revises and converts documents to ensure Section 508 compliance. Ms. Garcia is first generation Mexican American and bilingual in Spanish and English. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis on Creative Writing from California State University, Long Beach.
