Ms. Henson currently serves as an Administrative Assistant for Children and Family Futures (CFF). In this role, she supports both administrative and programmatic functions. She assists with scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, handling communications, as well as formatting and editing materials for dissemination to our clients. Ms. Henson supports the Office Manager and Program Staff with travel, managing calendars, conferences, seminars, and minutes for meetings.
Prior to joining CFF, her background in Office Administration is extensive with more than 13 years of experience assisting at an Executive level, in the accounting and property management field, including overseeing the administrative staff on day-to-day functions to ensure department efficiency. She played a key role in assisting the companies’ clients/ members on their daily needs and urgencies when applicable. Her last administrative role was in Member Services where she coordinated monthly luncheons, meetings, awards dinners, golf tournaments, and an annual real estate conference that included a tradeshow with more than 600 attendees. In addition, she was responsible for payment processing, deposits and applying them accordingly on a weekly/monthly basis.
