Ms. Ordille currently serves as a Program Associate with at Children and Family Futures (CFF). In her role, she assists with overall project management and the development of training, presentations, and reports with specific emphasis on family drug courts.
Ms. Ordille has 16 years of experience working in substance abuse treatment, recovery and prevention, with a focus on criminal justice populations. Ms. Ordille began her career working in an innovative community policing project which incorporated a social model detox and an inebriate reception center for the Escondido Police Department. She has served as clinical staff, Program Manager, and County-wide Treatment Subcommittee chair for the San Diego County Adult Drug Courts. She has also managed a rural outpatient Regional Recovery Center (which included adolescents) and a large Parolee Services Network program in the San Diego metro area. Most recently, Ms. Ordille assisted in the oversight of 18 adult and dependency drug courts, and Federal Probation Treatment & Testing programs throughout the state of California. She has broad operational, administrative, fiscal, and clinical oversight experience.
Ms. Ordille has served as a presenter at numerous national conferences, acted as liaison with research entities in the administration of federally funded studies, and has extensive experience in staff supervision and grant writing. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences and certification in substance abuse counseling.
