CFF, in partnership with Planning and Learning Technologies (Pal-Tech) and Macro International, have been awarded the contract to support the targeted grant program to regional partnerships for the purpose of improving permanency outcomes for children affected by methamphetamine or other substance abuse administered by the Children's Bureau. The goals of the Support Contract are to develop a performance measurement system in collaboration with the grantees; provide programmatic and evaluation-related technical assistance to grantees; assess and analyze data submitted on grantee performance indicators; and provide various reports including legislatively required outcome reports to Congress.
Jointly awarded by the Children's Bureau and the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment, this contract expands the National Center on Substance Abuse and Child Welfare's scope to implement strategic communication and technical assistance methods ensuring that target audiences receive and translate information to practice and policy change.
